I first tried yoga back in 2011, when a friend invited me to a class. I was looking for a purely physical exercise bc I was definitely not a gym person. It was a Vinyasa Flow class and exactly what I wanted, but this teacher threw in just enough of the spiritual aspects that I began to see how yoga was also excercising my mind and spirit. I knew there was more to learn and got my 200 hour teacher training in 2013. I’ve been teaching ever since graduation. While I can teach a variety of styles, I love a vigorous Vinyasa Flow. I try to sprinkle in a theme or message in hopes of giving my students a taste of something more. Yoga is a personal practice and journey, just like life. Come explore your yoga journey with me.
