Renee has been practicing yoga over 15 years and continues to learn from yoga daily. In 2010, She received her 200hr Yoga Alliance RYT with Surendren at Aananda Yoga. She also completed a Vedic Thai yoga bodywork training in 2011.
As a freelance artist, she shares the benefits of yoga through a creative flow and welcomes everyone at any level to play and encourage deepening their practice through pranayama, in order to connect the breath, body and mind.
Renee teaches dynamic yet playful vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on alignment that starts and ends with meditation, which leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.
